Departing from Lyon, France, renown as the gastronomical capital of the world, Gilbert Amsellem embarked on a journey to Miami in pursuit of a more secure Jewish life. In this vibrant city, he discovered an uncharted culinary territory, which inspired him to establish The Harbour Grill.
